Interested in a career in Tax outside of Public Accounting? Join us for our “Tax in the Industry Panel” where industry Tax professionals will talk about their unique journey and career insights. Students will also get a chance to ask questions in a Q&A session and network with the professionals at the end of the event.
Employability Passport: This is an internal event that counts towards activities in BUSI 2995, BUSI 4995 and BUSI 1995.

Looking to learn a skill to break into your first tax position? Sign up for STSAs TaxPrep Workshop. The TaxPrep software package is used by many top accounting firms, as well as many local and small practitioners to file tax returns. Come out on Saturday to get a look at what this software is and how to utilize some key features of the technology.
Students who attend the workshop are eligible for the Technology badge (BUSI 3995) of the Sprott Employability Passport.
